Return Policy:
In the rare case that you would need to make a return, please follow these simple instructions.
For Cancellations, please refer to the section under Payment Policy.
Returns Due to Shipping Damage:
Examine your package immediately upon receipt. Please refuse the package if there is obvious damage(badly damaged box etc.) If damage is found, let us know and we will have the item picked up and replaced immediately at our expense.
Returns Due to Our Error:
We will have the incorrect item picked up and replaced immediately at our expense.
In both cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged/incorrect item, by e-mail. Our e-mail address is; countrydecor @sbcglobal.net. In both cases, in the rare case the item is no longer available, we will refund your purchase, including shipping.
All others:
Returns must be authorized; kindly e-mail your request within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to: countrydecor@sbcglobal.net.
You can always call us on the phone if you wish (in addition to the e-mail) as we are always ready to discuss concerns with a customer.
Once authorization is given, kindly ship the item back to our store, insured, in original packaging and in undamaged condition. Once the return is received, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

If the return is not due to damage or error, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. All shipping charges are the responsibility of customer and are non refundable.
If you wish to have a store credit, or order another item of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived.
Again, in all cases, returns must be in new condition, in the original packaging, with the insert slips in the packaging. Any items that are NOT in the correct packaging, or in new condition as described above will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Payment Policy:
Orders will not be charged until they have been "Released to Factory" . At that time your order is being pulled from inventory, packaged, labeled and put in the queue to ship out.
If you wish to cancel your order, and your order has been "Released to Factory" there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If you have been charged, your order has been "Released to Factory" and the restocking fee applies.
If you have NOT been charged, then your order has not been "Released to Factory" and there there are no charges whatsoever.
If the item has been "Released to Factory" AND Shipped, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item for a refund, as outlined in RETURNS.
Shipping Policy:
UPS Ground or a freight company will be used to ship out all items.
Shipments will go out within 1-3 weeks, and will be shipped directly from Uttermosts warehouse to you.
If expedited shipping is required, please note that Uttermost takes 1-3 weeks to ship out, and that an expedited method can THEN be used.
If expedited shipping is desired, we must be called for a shipping quote as we will have to find out which warehouse the item will ship out of. Our number is 918-341-7792.
If this is an International order, the shipping will have to verified with Uttermost as they will ship out using their own carriers. You will be apprised of the shipping once we receive the quote.
If your item has shipped, or been Released to Factory to ship, please refer to the Payment Policy Section.
Please note that we do everything we can to perform flawlessly, but mistakes do happen. We can not be held to product information that is clearly in error, such as 10 mirrors for 3.00 or a product listed at 5 cents...
